My name is Daniel Mallwitz and I am an 25 year old photographer/biology student. I have been doing photography for a few years now, and it is mainly photos of nature and animals.

I work with a Canon 50D Eos camera and most of my photos are taken with a 300 mm lens or a 17-85 mm lens.

Mutch of what I know in photografy is self-taught. Learning by doing. But I have been to night-school for nature-photografy.




As you can see if you have looked through my galleries I am facinated by all of natures magic. Most of all Africa and all the big mamals of Africa. The favourite is the Leopard. A beautiful animal, but very hard to catch with the camera.

In the Swedish forest I have many favourites, but the biggest one is the wolf. This animal that gives us so many different feelings. Many people see danger and evil in the wolf, but for me it´s only beauty.
